Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. BAITU PACKAGING runs its own mold shop, blow-molding and injection lines, spray coating and printing in Shantou, Guangdong, China — so tooling, molding, decoration and packing all happen under one roof with no middleman.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 10,000 pcs per SKU for stock molds. If a new mold is needed, the first order starts at 10,000–30,000 pcs because the tooling has to be amortised. MOQ applies per size and decoration, not per order, so you can mix capacities in one shipment.
How long does sampling take?
Samples from an existing mold ship in 3–7 days. If a new mold is needed it is about 10 days. Samples are free; the courier cost is collect.
What is the production lead time?
12–15 days for stock molds, and 25–30 days after the sample is signed off when a new mold is involved, for orders up to a full container. Repeat orders of stock items can be faster.
Which resin should I use for a shampoo bottle?
HDPE for opaque, squeezable bottles that resist stress cracking; PET or PETG when you need glass-clear transparency for premium lines; PP for closures. All of them are food-contact grades, and the resin choice mostly follows the shelf presence you want and the fill temperature.
Can you produce a custom mold from my drawing?
Yes. Send a 3D file or a physical sample with the fill volume, neck finish and annual quantity, and we quote the tooling and the unit price. New tooling runs USD 800–3,000 and takes about 10 days; we have 400+ existing molds that can be used as-is at zero tooling cost.
What certifications do you hold?
GB 4806.7, FDA 21 CFR, ROHS 2.0, REACH and ISO 9001:2015. A test report is issued with every shipment and the original certificates are available on request.
Do you decorate bottles?
Yes — silk screening, hot stamping, offset printing and adhesive labeling, all done in-house, so the decoration step does not add an external lead time.
Do you supply caps and pumps with the bottles?
Yes. Pumps, sprayers, flip-top and screw caps are supplied in the matching neck finish (24/410 and 28/410 are the most common), so the closure is guaranteed to fit and the whole pack ships assembled or separately as you prefer.
Which ports do you ship from?
Shantou, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. FOB Shantou is the usual term; a 40'HQ holds roughly 5,800 cartons of standard bottles.
How much does a 500ml shampoo bottle cost?
Unit price depends on resin, wall weight, neck finish, decoration and quantity. Our published catalog runs USD 0.38 – 0.45 per piece at MOQ, and drops with volume. Send the capacity, neck and quantity and we reply with an exact unit price, mold cost and lead time within 24 hours.
