Buyers often ask "how many can you load?" The honest answer: it depends on the carton. Here is a typical reference for 500ml bottles.

Reference Load (500ml, 100/carton)

ConfigurationApprox. count
Loose cartons, 40ft~120,000–150,000 pcs
Palletized, 40ft~90,000–110,000 pcs
Loose cartons, 20ft~55,000–65,000 pcs

What Changes the Number

  • Bottle height/diameter (packing density).
  • Carton fill count (we default 100 for 500ml).
  • Whether goods are palletized (safer, less dense).
Palletizing adds ~15–20% volume but drastically cuts loading damage — worth it for long ocean routes.
