Most buyers never see the line that makes their bottle. Here is the short version of what happens after you approve a sample.

From Pellet to Bottle

1. Resin (HDPE/PET) is loaded and colored inline.
2. Parison is extruded and captured in a two-cavity mold.
3. Air blows the bottle to shape; neck threads are formed.
4. Flash is trimmed; bottles are leak-tested by batch.

Decoration In-House

Silk screen, hot stamping and labeling run on the same floor, so lead time stays short and quality is controlled end-to-end.

Why Shantou

Shantou (Guangdong) is one of China's densest clusters for cosmetic packaging — mold shops, spray houses and Silk Screen are all within an hour. That ecosystem is why sampling is fast.
