Buyers often ask "how many can you load?" The honest answer: it depends on the carton. Here is a typical reference for 500ml bottles.
Reference Load (500ml, 100/carton)
| Configuration | Approx. count |
| Loose cartons, 40ft | ~120,000–150,000 pcs |
| Palletized, 40ft | ~90,000–110,000 pcs |
| Loose cartons, 20ft | ~55,000–65,000 pcs |
What Changes the Number
- Bottle height/diameter (packing density).
- Carton fill count (we default 100 for 500ml).
- Whether goods are palletized (safer, less dense).
Palletizing adds ~15–20% volume but drastically cuts loading damage — worth it for long ocean routes.
